Senior Housing expert provides input at senior housing fair

Sharing his enthusiasm,  experience and knowledge of senior housing and lifestyles with about 150 attendees, Palmia Resales partner  Nick Nicholson took part in a senior housing fair organized by the Costa Mesa Senior Center. Mr. Nicholson and his partner, Sandra Pierce have been recognized by the National Association of Homebuilders as Certified Senior Housing Marketing Specialists. They have served the community of Palmia since it's inception in 1989. They began as Sales Managers for J.M. Peters Company. serving both the attached and detached homes and condominiums. Upon completion of the 900 home project, they formed Palmia Resales to continue to serve buyers and sellers of Palmia Homes.
